Dear Sir / Mam,
I would like to reserve a room in Jasper downtown from the 11th of August 2012 to the 14th of August 2012 (3 nights) for 2 persons.
Therefore I would like to kindly ask you if you could offer me your double room (room with private bathroom) available for us and if you do, could you please provide us with the contact and room rate?
As we will arrive late by car we will check in around 18 – 20 pm during the evening of the 11th of August. By the way, is there any possibility for car parking?
After you hopefully give us a positive answer regarding the availability of the room, how do we proceed with the reservation?
Do we “just” confirm the room via mail or do we provide already the credit card data?
