- Tell them what you need. (They also have suggestions of local specialties.)
- They makes all reservations for you.
- After reservation in confirmed — and only after reservation is confirmed — you pay only $15 for all the reservations made.
- They provide you with confirmation(s), maps or directions and any other useful information to make your stay effortless.

What it does not include:
- actual charges for reserved accommodation, tour or service not provided by strong themselves.
