Since the summer of 2005 Jasper has been blessed with its own brewery, the Jasper Brewing Company. This combination brew-pub and restaurant has set itself the lofty goals of brewing the best beers possible and serving them in the best pub and the best restaurant in town. Using time-tested recipes, the finest ingredients from all over the world and our wonderful clear local Canadian Rockies water they’re onto a good thing.
