The Beauvallon Dining Room provides creative dining through the unique combination of Continental, Tradition and Innovative Canadian Flair. The menu ranges from offerings of wild game dishes to famous Alberta beef. The Beauvallon Dining Room is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a wonderful Sunday Brunch. A word of warning though, on holiday Sundays you should expect to share the line up with knowledgeable Jasper residents who know just how special a treat the Sunday Brunch really is.
