Alpine Loghouse

Alpine Loghouse of Jasper National Park

Welcome to the

Alpine Loghouse

of Jasper Alberta,

in the Canadian Rockies

Terry and John Janzen: your hosts.

street view

We are located at the middle of the back edge of town, at the base of what is locally known as Bear Hill, a convenient foot access to The Pyramid Bench. This puts an extensive network of hiking and skiing trails right outside our back door.

Our recently renovated log home, now more than ever, provides an abundance of natural sunlight. In that spirit we pride ourselves on offering an environmentally-friendly house. We use only natural cleaners. We even dry all our bedding outdoors in that magnificent fresh mountain air (weather permitting).

When you rent from us you get the entire main and second floors of this outstanding log building.

You rent either (or both) of the rooms:

The Cavell Room

and/or

The Bear Hill Room
.
