Chris Kupidy works as a clerk in the transportation office
of Canadian National Railways. He seems to use his job as a way to
support his very active love of Jasper National Park.
As an amateur photographer he drags his camera around wherever and
whenever.
We’re glad he does.
Not a hardcore mountain climber, Chris is more of an advanced hiker. Even at that, he took this picture of the Colin Range from the top of Pyramid Mountain.

Winter does not slow Chris down. These Caribou are licking minerals on the road to Maligne Lake and the cross country trails there.

Mountain biking season ends late and starts early in Jasper. Chris’ bike at Patricia Lake. |
An unidentified friend of Chris’ shows his powder skills and Chris’ ability as a photographer.

Shawn Hudson agrees to be the foreground to a shot from Marmot Basin, Jasper’s downhill ski area. |
A self portrait.
Love those shades!
