Friday, September 1, 2006:
- The management of the Athabasca Hotel (you remember the Atha B) has planned several treats for you in the late-afternoon, happy hour time frame. This is not part of any package you buy from us but, hey, you were going to drop back in looking for the Dead Animal Room anyway, weren’t you.
- Our first real event is what we’ve called the “Meet and Greet” at the Jasper Rec Plex
- Registration for the weekend (and for that night if you bought a ticket for only that night) begins at 6:30 in the lobby. This is where you will pick up all your tickets and your information package.
- Dinner by our own, now rather famous, Shirley Dorin. Snacks through the evening too.
- Cash bar. (Look for former Atha B waiters putting in guest appearances no longer anxious for your tips.)
- Let’s face it; we are our own best entertainment. However, Milt Gilmour, our evening’s Master of Ceremonies, has plans for us.
- We must be out of the building by midnight

- Unlike Jasper of the 70′s, the current Jasper has many late-night entertainment options now. Should you (could you?) wish to party on, there are many downtown offerings.

Saturday, September 2, 2006:
- All day long: variety of activities. The Park is in full summer swing and there will be a full offering of tours and activities.
- 4 PM to Midnight: the classic Airport function: supper (included in your package’s price) and schmooze. (BYOB)
A note to you who have forgotten what Labour Day weekend in Jasper can be like: bring warm clothes.

Sunday, September 3, 2006:
- All day long: variety of activities. The Park is in full summer swing and there will be a full offering of tours and activities.
- 4 PM to 10 PM: Mingle at the Gazebo up at the Pyramid Riding Stables, Pyramid Bench. Dinner included in package’s price. (Cash bar)
